Product Information
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications and pricing are accurate and up to date. However, due to differences in screen settings and display technologies, the colours and appearance of products may vary slightly from those shown on your device. Such minor differences shall not be considered a defect.
Warranty and After-Sales Service
Claims relating to visible defects, damage or non-conformity should be reported within 10 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period that are determined to result from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, improper care or other external factors will not be covered under this warranty.
Following technical inspection, if it is determined that the reported issue did not arise from a manufacturing defect or a defect existing at the time of delivery, but instead resulted from normal wear and tear, user intervention, impact, breakage, deformation, misuse, improper care or other external factors, the claim shall be deemed outside the scope of the warranty.
Damage occurring after prolonged use of the product, including but not limited to breakage, bending, scratches, stone loss, detachment, deformation, discoloration or any other use-related damage, shall not entitle the customer to a complimentary repair, replacement or product renewal.
Use-related damage occurring months or years after delivery shall not give rise to any right to a free repair, replacement or refund. Where appropriate, Peracas may, at its sole discretion, offer paid maintenance or repair services.
Peracas reserves the sole right to inspect returned products and determine whether a claim falls within the scope of this warranty. Products determined to be outside the warranty coverage shall not be eligible for complimentary repair, replacement or refund.
Peracas reserves the right to refuse claims involving abusive, threatening, harassing, fraudulent or bad-faith conduct. In such circumstances, Peracas may terminate communications, refuse service and exercise any legal rights available under applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, services or content that are not owned or controlled by Peracas. Access to such third-party websites or services is entirely at your own risk. Peracas does not endorse and accepts no responsibility or liability for any third-party content, products or services.
